No biggie Black pepper, walnuts, oak sawdust note and a mystery sweetness which leans towards a MILD vanilla so far into the first third. A musty note come in and an underlying undertone of fruit but I cant pinpoint what I think it is. END of final third a vanilla caramel note comes in. Salted peanuts versus walnuts now as well. 2nd third, bready note and a nice undertone of vanilla and nutmeg. Salted peanuts, cedar sawdust and that nice musty note. Pepper has dialed back but still there. A graham cracker note is here too. Syrupy smoke texture now too. End of 2nd third a hay note came to play. Final third, lots of must, sweet cedar, vanilla/nutmeg, black pepper.
