We are sure that they will love it #HappyCookingToYou Mini Stuffed Paratha Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Anday (Eggs) 2 -Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 2 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Qeema (Mince) Mutton/Beef 250 gms -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp -Tamatar (Tomato) chopped ¼ Cup -Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2-3 tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -In bowl,add eggs,tomato,onion,fresh coriander,salt,whisk well & set aside. -In wok,add cooking oil,mince and mix well until changes color. -Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes. -Add tomato,onion,fresh coriander,red chili powder,cumin seeds,coriander powder,turmeric powder, salt,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes. -Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates. -Let it cool down. -On working table,place small dough,sprinkle flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin. -Add cooked mince,egg mixture and fold all edges of rolled dough and apply egg to seal the edges (makes 4-5). -In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame from both sides until golden brown. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Anday (Eggs) 2 -Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 2 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Qeema (Mince) Mutton/Beef 250 gms -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp -Tamatar (Tomato) chopped ¼ Cup -Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2-3 tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -Bowl mein anday,tamatar,pyaz,hara dhania aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein. -Karhai mein cooking oil aur qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Adrak lehsan paste dal ker 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein. -Tamatar,pyaz,hara dhania,lal mirch powder,zeera,dhania powder,haldee powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein. -Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein. -Thanda ker lein. -Working table per chota dough rakh dein aur atta chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein. -Cooked qeema aur anday ka mixture dal dein aur tamam edges ko fold ker ka anday sa seal ker lein (makes 4-5). -Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak halki ancch per fry ker lein.
