When Joffrey courts Sansa, Dany can't help but be jealous and develop feelings for the lovely Sansa. Littlefinger realizes Dany's feelings for Sansa and tells Sansa just as Joffrey begins to ignore her. Sansa and Dany become friends, bonded by Joffrey's torments after Dany saves Sansa from one of Joffrey's beatings. Dany tells Joffrey that she has dragon's blood in her and due to this and her standing up to the King in front of the whole court, she is branded as a target. She is arrested and sentenced to be burnt at the stake. Sansa pleads for her life, but Joffrey has Dany burnt anyways. But Dany has dragon's blood in her.... At last, a happy ending!
