A fresh update has landed for the In The Black demo, tightening tutorials, sharpening HUD clarity, and pushing responsiveness even further for hardcore space pilots. The weapons tutorial now allows full ship rotation from the start, flight training has been cleaned up with clearer visuals, animated prompts, and smarter logic to keep onboarding smooth and accurate, and the UI and targeting systems have received major refinements, including a new LineDraw HUD system, improved zoom behavior with Auto-Track Zoom support, cleaner reticles, and better visibility for targeting and maneuvering. Motion blur has been removed from the spectator camera for clearer post-combat views, and on the horizon, a complete Input System overhaul will bring deeper customization, improved profile handling, and a more intuitive control interface.
