In this video I show the procedure for removing the dash in my 1998 Ford Expection in order to replace the heater core and blend door. Initially I planned on replacing just the apparently leaking heater core but when I dug into the project, I found the blend door was damaged as well. Both parts are not very expensive but it takes a lot of work and time to change them out. Don't forget to bleed the air out of your system afterward. This procedure is very similar for F150 and Navigator as well.
