40 min Honey Yoga Flow: Improve flexibility of your Hips and Hamstrings

Welcome to this 40 minute Honey Yoga Flow for your Hips and Hamstrings. This practice will improve your flexibility as it is a combination of gentle strength, mobility exercises, balance, active flexibility and relaxing stretches. This yoga flow is a fusion of strong yet peaceful and feel good vinyasa flow with deep stretches to dive into your flexibility. This practice will be good for practitioners of all levels. It is a complete class that includes targeted warmup, main sequence and cool down Shavasana part. I encourage you to take it slow and be mindful of every movement and every stretch that you create. Flexibility might take time so we need to be patient and consistent. Every time we step onto the mat is a blessing and a gift that we give to our body, soul and mind. You will notice that as we stretch we begin to let go of unnecessary tension and thoughts, worries and fears. We grant ourselves an opportunity to dive deeper into ourselves and step away from the outside world. It is a beautiful reason to feel grateful. Remember that consistency will inevitably bring results. Therefore try to practice on a consistent basis to see some progress. Depending on your flexibility you might need to use some props.
