Naruto to Boruto Shinobi Striker - All Ultimate Jutsus Finishers (Secret Techniques) for every Character from the full game (full Roster) There are 20 playable characters "VR Masters" in NTBSS. They are the cast consisting of official Naruto characters. Of course your own custom character also has a few unique Ultimates, which are shown at the end of the video. To use an Ultimate Jutsu you must D-Pad Up after it has fully charged. Below are timestamps for every character. I go through them in the same order as the in-game character select (as shown in the Ninjutsu Library). To unlock these Ultimates for your own character simply level up your VR Masters to learn their moves.
