With just one night free and an early start the next morning, I packed my gear, loaded up my trusty car camper, and headed into the heart of Northumberland National Park. Sometimes the best adventures are the spontaneous ones! In this video, I find the perfect wild camping spot surrounded by the rolling hills and purple heather, just in time to watch an unforgettable sunset over the Simonside Hills. Out the back of my converted car, I fire up the air fryer powered by a portable generator—proof you can cook delicious, crispy meals anywhere, even in the middle of nature.
