You do NOT need to count calories eating foods on the high sugar freedom lifestyle. NEVER limit your carbohydrate calories. Always eat at least 500 grams of carbohydrate a day and keep your fat and protein calories low. At the core of this lifestyle are the two main pillars: ●Cycling. ●High sugar, low fat, and low protein food. This is a vegan way of living. The foods that I eat do not make me fat. For example, even at Christmas, I am still lean and healthy! Another positive consequence of the food I recommend is that I always feel full of energy. I recommend a high-energy performance and freedom lifestyle focused on good health. This freedom is from the modern health care system. Free yourself from the cocktail of drugs prescribed by the pharmaceutical industry with the most powerful tool to improve your health: a healthy meal plan. I also recommend cycling as part of the lifestyle I promote. Cycling gives you a true sense of freedom and adventure in life. I power my training with white table sugar. That's right! At least 100 grams an hour during your ride means you can ride as far as you want, as fast as you want! Cycling uphill really is the BEST way to move your body for weight loss. I love cycling, which means that riding my bike is never exercise, but it is my daily dose of having fun while moving my body. However, riding a bike also comes with other positive health consequences such as making you fitter! Cycling is also the best exercise for weight loss.
