Here we look at Wing Chun techniques for close up fighting and how we adapt it for the wheelchair user. Sons of cane presents: Wheelchair Self Defense: rolling hands a Wing Chun technique/ close fighting. We look at how we defend our centre line and use the aggressors force against themselves. Chris and Kev will go through the basic first technique of the rolling hands drill and show how to use this technique for close in fighting. As with all of our videos this is a short snapshot of some of the training we do on a weekly basis, every journey starts with a first step and this is our first step with this video. Because all of us are different we can use this technique and adapt it to our own preferences and get a different outcome. We also ask our viewers to try the technique and adapt it to their own abilities.
