Why I’m Digging Up My Lawn for the Blackbirds

Sometimes the smallest acts for nature can bring the greatest peace. This morning I spent some time turning the earth in a small patch of garden where I feed the birds. The soil here in England is rich and alive, and it’s always a quiet joy to work with the land and see what it gives back. Afterwards, Pip and I wander into the nearby woodland for a gentle walk and a moment to reflect on the beauty of trees and the inspiration nature has given so many of us growing up, including the Attenborough brothers, who came from nearby Leicester. A slow morning, a small piece of earth, and a reminder of how much life surrounds us when we take the time to notice it. Music - For the Master
