Version 3.x is the latest and final iteration of the mod, containing the most content. Starting with version 3.3, the mod features four factions: the Allies, Soviets, Epsilon Army - which replaces Yuri - as well as one entirely new side, the Foehn Revolt. All factions have three subfactions, and unique stolen tech units. Mental Omega 3.x divides its story into various acts, starting with a retelling of the Soviet invasion of the United States. So far, each faction has two acts with the exception of the Foehn Revolt, which has a shorter introductory campaign. Additionally, a number of cooperative missions are available too.
