Filmed as part of Secrets to Recovery 2014 - Alex interviews David about his journey through Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. David got ill at university after a series of infections, stressors, viruses and challenging living conditions. After a while he started the 90 day programme with The Optimum Health clinic which over time started to relieve symptoms.
