I will be giving a brief and simple tutorial on how to create a Hip Hop / Rap instrumental using an Ensoniq asr 10. I will be going through some basic settings and features concerning the Ensoniq Asr 10 and the Akai Mpc 4000 and I will give my overall rating on these two samplers. After owning an Asr 10 for more 10 years only now after realising how good the machine is has the asr 10 become a permanent fixture in the studio since the end of 2024 into 2024.. Although i have considered an Akai Mpc One for the stem separation and i would like to compare the mpc one to older samplers. It took along time to get used to the asr 10 i had it sat but didn't take enough notice of it I was using other samplers like the Akai s-950 and Akai Mpc's mainly.
