Spectranet assembly on TVM802A pick and place - part 1

Finally what you've all been waiting for! Spectranet semi-automated assembly. Get your ZX Spectrum hardware at: http://zxspectrum.shop/ ! This is part one of the series where I show in detail what's involved getting a new board assembled on the pick and place machine I use, which is the TVM802A. The next parts will show how the pick and place machine software is used to calibrate the new reels, and how to create a configuration file for Spectranet to be assembled on this machine. I hope the video and audio quality is good enough - I know I might need a better microphone for future videos. So the pick and place machine is the QiHe TVM802A. There is also a TVM802B with more reels at the back, but I didn't have enough space for that, so I selected the TVM802A which I ordered on AliExpress. QiHe is a fantastic company with great service! I want to thank them for making it possible to have a pick and place machine on my desk! Contact with them is relatively easy and spare parts are available, though not easily found sometimes.
