The Grim Missions are 4th Echelon Missions that can be obtained from Anna Grimsdottir. These missions can be completed solo or with a COOP Teammate. Complete three objectives (collecting Intel or planting taps) and extract while remaining undetected. Try to leave as little evidence as possible - avoid hostiles rather than killing or incapacitating them. Every time you complete an Objective, you will earn Ghost points for every untouched hostiles (Objective Bonus).
