Incoming Supply & ATS System Is LT panel me do power sources connected hote hain: • Main Utility Supply • Diesel Generator (DG) Supply Incoming side par 800 A rated ATS provided hota hai jo automatic changeover ka kaam karta hai. Working Principle: • Normal condition me panel mains supply se operate karta hai. • Jaise hi mains supply me failure, under-voltage, phase failure ya fluctuation hota hai, ATS automatically mains ko disconnect karke DG supply ko connect kar deta hai. • Jab mains supply wapas stable ho jati hai, ATS automatically load ko DG se mains par transfer kar deta hai. • Electrical aur mechanical interlocking system provided hota hai jisse mains aur DG parallel me kabhi bhi operate na kare, jo system safety ke liye bahut important hai. 2. APFC (Automatic Power Factor Correction) System Is Main LT Panel me APFC system integrated hota hai jo power factor ko automatically maintain karta hai (generally 0.95 ya usse zyada). • APFC relay continuously load ka power factor monitor karta hai. • Load variation ke according capacitor banks automatically ON / OFF hote hain. • Multiple capacitor steps provided hote hain jisse accurate aur smooth power factor correction possible hota hai. • Is system ke fayde: • Electricity bill me PF penalty se bachav • Reactive power kam hoti hai • System efficiency improve hoti hai • Voltage stability better hoti hai 3.
