Typhoid is the bacterial infection of the large intestine. There are ulcers which form in the large intestine in the Payer’s patches. But if you have typhoid without fever please understand that it may be on its way out. In all the cases of typhoid the first thing to watch like an eagle is your diet. Your diet should be the simplest easiest to digest and smallest in quantity. You may eat frequently. But do not have a large diet. Make sure that there is no masala other than salt and turmeric in a typhoid diet. Drink a lot of fluid so that you do not give your body too much work and ensure that on a regular basis you are able to do with your bowels and fruits especially help you in typhoid. All these things put together you can manage typhoid without fever as well.
