You're totally out of control, and there's no way to get back on track. The funny thing is, that you are not alone. Every single one of us has, at some point, been on the border of a mental health crisis. Some even went all the way... My aim with my flying is to raise awareness of how "common" mental health problems really are. I ask my passengers to share their stories and how they cope while introducing them to the joy of flying a light aircraft, in most cases for the first time. Yes, some of these flights might be long and boring for some. But keep in mind, it is not about you.
