Arcane Season 2 has come and gone and I must say it is devoid of everything I enjoyed from Season 1. The characters are shallow and inconsistent, the dialogue is hilariously bad at times, and the plot is nonsensical at best. #arcane #arcaneseason2 #arcanejinx Subscribe -    / @type2productions   Channel Membership -    / @type2productions   Whether it's the writers choosing to have Jinx flip flop back and forth between insane and perfectly stable because a child fell from the sky into her lap, or Heimerdinger no longer caring about the dangers of the Arcane because he needs to strum a guitar for some folks from an alternate universe. A lot of the decisions both in the structure, pacing, and how these characters behave in the opposite way from what we've come to know of them in the first season, are head scratching to say the least. The more I look around the internet the more I think they tried to sneak a bunch of fan service in but in a way that came off as pandering specifically in regards to the Jinx and Ekko or Caitlyn and VI romances. The shippers are out of control and must be stopped! Before Season 1, I'd have never thought I'd enjoy a serious show based on League of Legends lore, but they somehow pulled off the impossible. The creative forces that made that a reality seem to be absent now. The animation, voice acting, and just about all other technical aspects of the show are phenomenal but it's hollow due to how little they made me care about the characters or what is happening to them since the scale is ramped up to an insane degree.
