Their skilled craftsmen continue to use traditional millstones to grind their soba. *Chinriu Honten specializes in ume and has been operating for over 150 years in Kanagawa's Odawara prefecture. They also carry products made from edible cherry blossoms. *Ashigara Tea is grown in the Ashigara region located at the foot of Mt Tanzawa Hankone.
