Maui Nui has refined their hunting practices in a way that's extraordinarily humane, and yields peak flavor due to the stress free environment they operate in during the late evening hours. Without these efforts Maui will be stripped of its native grasslands that are required for a healthy eco system along with massive soil run-off without a proper foliage system in place.
