Possibly the most interesting strategy of all. The trouble with this stage is that whenever you try and collect coins from enemies or blocks, the ghost will swoop in and try to claim them. That's not too bad if there's only one coin at a time, but if there's several in a few places you only need to miss one and the run is gone. However, by starting on a new file for this stage, you can bait the ghost out with the key! After he collects the key he can't go for your coins so you can take your time - to an extent. You can't collect the key until hitting the frog switch, so time is a factor. As a result I do take the time to take out a couple of sources of coins, particularly at the bottom of the second outdoor room, to save time I'd otherwise have to spend against the clock.
