Here's a practice to help stretch and loosen tight shoulders and relieve the upper back. You will need a yoga strap and a yoga block. If you don't have a yoga strap, you can use a bathrobe tie, a belt or a men's necktie. The strap should not be stretchy. If you don't have a yoga block, you can use a bath towel folded into the shape of a yoga block to give you some lift in the upper back. 🕉 New video every Monday to help you feel good and stay healthy, centered and flexible.
