I've been collecting records for 10 years and mixing for 6. 💡 What sparked your interest in digging/collecting? My dad introduced me to his record collection. Although I wasn’t into his 70s dad rock, I loved the process of putting on records and the smell of vinyl. Soon after, I bought my first record at The Music Exchange in Nottingham (RIP). 🔍 Where do you find your music? Mary Ann Hobbs on 6 Music, NTS (Michelle's Club Hour, Peach, OK Williams, Pum Pum Power Hour, M00dtapes), watching other DJs, Bandcamp, and record shops like Released & Tribe in Leeds. 🎶 Any label/artist/collective recommendations for someone to start digging? Pretty Weird, Wet Trax, Ten Toes Turbo, Cead, and Sleeping Bag Records are my favorite labels right now. 🌟 Is there anyone that you take inspiration from? If so, who and why? I’m always inspired by the queer community.
