Let me know in the comments 👇 I read every reply and love seeing your ideas 💚 👍 If you enjoy this easy salad recipe, please like the video — it really helps! 🔔 Subscribe for more easy plant-based meals (no talking, just cooking) 💚: / @deliciousveganvictor 🥗 SALAD INGREDIENTS Cabbage + Sweet Potato • 9 oz / 250 g cabbage, thinly sliced • 2 sweet potatoes (about 14 oz / 400 g total), peeled and julienned or thinly sliced • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced • 2 green onions stalks, thinly sliced • 2 tart apples (such as Granny Smith), cored and cut into fine matchsticks • 6 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (about 60 g) • Salt & black pepper, to taste ________________________________________ 🥣 LEMON-GINGER DRESSING • Juice of 1/2 lemon • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil • Salt & black pepper, to taste ________________________________________ 📝 INSTRUCTIONS Step 1 In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, grated ginger, and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Step 2 In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, cabbage, apples, celery, green onions, and toasted sesame seeds. Step 3 Pour the dressing over the salad, toss well, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. This is one of my go-to plant-based recipes — hope it becomes one of yours.
