If you're having problems getting your new audio interface, the Tascam 4x4 by TEAC Co., to work properly then you came to the right video. Today I'll show you what I did to make it work. If you're here because your device is being finicky or not working at all, skip ahead to 8:56 for the solution I found to fix that. Make sure your unit is setup and plugged in AFTER you're done installing the drivers and BEFORE you reboot your computer. You can update the firmware for the device at any time as long as the unit is connected to the computer - this only needs to be happen once. If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling all drivers by manually uninstalling all the drivers in Device Manager. Then reinstall the "Settings Panel" application which will include a fresh re-installation of all drivers. Microphone used: Rode NT1 Music: "Flight To Tunisia" from YouTube Audio Library
