Artists with disabilities create beautiful artwork through a program called Emerging Artists. Brad Friedman is a talented artist who also happens to have a disability. "I feel very happy in art. I like to paint a lot of different things." He loves to paint a variety of subjects, including animals wearing glasses! The JCDS Emerging Artists Program consists of adult artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are passionate and driven to create artwork.
