Slide Valeriana is a machine designed for the corn salad harvest. This is an innovative product that will revolutionize the traditional corn salad cultivation system. The cutting system permits indeed to harvest the product both on sanded or on normal soil helping to reduce the production costs (the sand has some impact on the price). Conceptually similar to the self -- propelled harvester model SLIDE FW, the difference lies in the cutting bar equipped with: A special cutting blade that, thanks to its technical features, allows to work on any kind of soils. It's powered by a connecting rod system that allows an alternate movement of the same blades, assuring a very good cut at the collar level. A special vibrating belt, on which the product is forwarded, made of peculiar alloy strips that, thanks to their alternate movement, create a vibration that permits a rapid and very good plant cleaning from the sand or soil.
