To make coating materials sprayable they usually have to be diluted. Heating the material with a WAGNER TempSpray heated hose system has the same effect: viscosity is reduced, improving the application of the material. The result is a soft spray pattern and optimised atomisation for a perfect finish. Heating the material reduces the amount of solvent needed since the material no longer needs to be diluted to achieve the required spray viscosity. Heating reduces the material viscosity, allowing a lower spray pressure to be used. This reduces the overspray and protects the airless sprayer by reducing the wear and tear on the machine.
