Through her company, Neuromotion Wellness, she blends evidence-based insights with movement and brain science to improve quality of life. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her reading, hiking, DJing, or practicing her juggling. Alisia Young was introduced to yoga after years of teaching and practicing different styles of group fitness classes. Since falling in love with the practice of asanas within the entire yoga system of meditation, breathing techniques, and philosophy, she completed her 200-hr yoga teacher certification. She has also completed specialty training in yin yoga, restorative yoga, prenatal yoga, vinyasa yoga, meditation, and yoga nidra.
