The bits of scrap I'm using are mostly pieces of purchased scrapbooking paper. Overall, I'd say about 90% of this journal is upcycled "junk." I have a really hard time throwing away scrap fabric and paper (even make up boxes!), so junk journaling is a natural fit for me!
