When I signed up to do my first ultra race, other than the entry fee I had no idea how much it would cost. There wasn’t much information available online. In this video I share some of the main costs I incurred competing in the Pan Celtic Race. Hopefully these may help you to budget and save for a future or planned event. It’s always going to be fairly expensive but there are options to increase or decrease how much you’ll need to spend to complete an ultra cycling event.
