We originally wanted to write lyrics about his speech. However, the words Qazi spoke before his execution are so profound, so magical, and so powerful that we decided to leave them untouched. What you hear is the raw, historical testament of a leader facing the darkness with a full heart, refusing a blindfold so he may see his "precious people" one last time. This song is our commemoration of him and his friends.
