My goal is to create a FiveM gameplay framework that DOES NOT revolve around roleplay but instead is aimed to provide a universally better, more realistic and smoother experience including a complete overhaul of gameplay elements such as movement, player stats, inventory, a functioning open economy and market system, jobs, character creation/storage and much more. The full scope of the project including a pve/pvp custom game-mode includes: 1. Costum stats and handling for vehicles, weapons and player movement. 2. Gameplay modifications with seemless implementation on a unified front end. 3. Gameplay mechanics that emphasize realism and hardcore without imposing restrictive rulesets on players. 4. E.g: Unrestricted pvp but at the cost of long lasting consequences such as worsening your reputation and heavy police response and surveilance. Additionally licences and permitts to certain items can be revoked untill further notice. 5. An roe (rules of engagement) witness system that influences your reputation from each encounter by alerting or informing bystanders of your actions. 6. The ability to arrest players and ai with the use of less lethal weapons. 7. A heavilly modified damage model with dynamic influence on movement and stamina.Once a player/ai is incapacitated he can be arrested or otherwise detained. 8. The ability to (fake-) surrender to prevent certain factions from taking lethal action against you. 9. No gamertags. Information and communication between players is heavilly limited to simulate the presence of a big sprawling city and to prevent excessive player killing. 10. Mixed pve and pvp: Not having the ability to distinct ai from real players this always puts you on edge when the heat rises. 11. A fully functioning market for players without the need of an arbitrary grind system. If you have the money for it you can buy it! 12. Narrative driven matchmaking and asynchronous balancing: Anything from a large scale heist to a petty crime will require a diversity of assets naturally selecting from available gear and player skill. Setting: Crime is on the rise due to inccreasing economic and class instability. Accounts of police brutality result in protest and gang activity. The west coast city of Los Santos is in threat of becoming a war zone more now than ever. Join either law enforcement or criminal factions and engage in the open world experience GTA:O was meant to offer with a bit of more tactical realism.
