ATTENTION ALL CLIFFORD FANS!!! As you may or may not already know, especially after watching some of my videos, I am a HUGE fan of Clifford the Big Red Dog. Not only do I love this show and its title character, but I also love the opening theme song, so much so that I wish that there was a full length version of it on a soundtrack album for the show, just like what was done with Arthur. I think the original 2000 Clifford theme deserved a much longer version, and the opportunity came for me to do just that. The idea came from watching a YouTube video made by a YouTuber named Tim de Jongh, alias Tim the Little Music Fox. He took the theme song from the 2019 Carmen Sandiego reboot on Netflix and made it into a two minute long musical masterpiece. I’m pretty sure that must’ve taken quite a bit of work. (I know that from my experiences working on some of my own videos, especially the last one I did where Clifford and friends sing the Carmen Sandiego theme song. That video can be viewed here: • Clifford and Friends Sing the Carmen Sandi... ) It took a lot of editing and mixing to make it sound the way it did, and all that hard work really paid off. I really enjoyed that video. (If you want to see it, you can check it out here: • Carmen Sandiego | Theme Song - Extended/Re... .) I thought it was a great idea and a cool concept, and I wanted to do something like it, perhaps not with Carmen Sandiego, but with another theme song from a show which was one of my favorite animated shows when I was a kid, and that was Clifford the Big Red Dog. And so that’s what I did, and the result is what you see here. The audio is from a video where a YouTuber named Matt64 uploaded the original instrumental demo track of the Clifford 2000 theme song as originally recorded by Mark Mothersbaugh and Josh Mancell, in its original tempo. (If you want to see Matt’s video, you can check it out here: • Видео . Of course, they sped it up a little bit when they used it for the opening sequence, and they sped it up even more during the end credits.) All I did was take that one minute song and turn it into a full length three minute song, using the same editing software I use for my videos. The slideshow came about as an afterthought. I noticed that on YouTube videos where it’s just the music, there would be a single still image shown on the screen while the music played. I did the same thing with the remixes I made of the themes from Doug, Arthur, and Clifford, which is probably why these videos aren’t getting as many views as I had hoped they would. But with this video, I wanted to do something a little different. Instead of showing just one picture which can be rather boring, I showed a whole bunch of pictures and made a slideshow out of it. As for the pictures themselves, you might remember most of them from the Clifford meme videos I did last week, and a few I found while searching for some more Clifford pictures online. Anyways, I hope you all enjoy another one of my tributes to the original Clifford series I grew up with and enjoyed as a kid. If you liked this video, please give it a thumbs up, leave some comments down below, and share this video with your friends; I would really appreciate that a lot. Thank you and enjoy the video. Disclaimer: Clifford the Big Red Dog is owned by Scholastic Productions, Inc., the Norman Bridwell Trust, and PBS Kids. The theme song was composed by Mark Mothersbaugh and Josh Mancell. I do not in any way claim to have to written this song; I just remade it into a longer version.
