Programing the Lutron Maestro light switches allows you to set the range of the dimmer switch and can eliminate flickering of your lights. Programing the light switches will also set the proper dimming range for your light switches so that you can get the most out of your dimmer light switch. To program the Lutron Maestro light switches you need to do the following: 1. Hold down the light switch and the dimming adjustment for 5 seconds until the dimmer light switch starts to blink. 2. Click the down on the dimmer adjustment until the light is at the bottom indicator for the dimming adjust adjustment. If your light bulb is not flickering click the main light switch again and the dimming range has been set. Do not click the light switch if your light bulb is still flickering. If your light bulb is still flickering you will need to adjust the dimming level of the Lutron Maestro dimmer. 3. To adjust the dimming level, click up on the dimmer level until your light bulb is no longer flickering. Once the light bulb has stopped flickering stop pressing on the dimmer adjustment and click the main light switch. Once you click the light switch the bottom range of the dimmer level will be set and the Lutron Maestro light switch has been programed. Did this help?
