Between weeks 13 and 27, your baby undergoes massive growth and transformation, while many pregnant individuals begin to feel more energized and less nauseous. It’s the stage where pregnancy becomes more visible, baby movements begin, and important milestones like anatomy scans and gender reveal often take place. Vocal cords are forming. Intestines are moving into the abdomen. Second-trimester energy boost may begin. 🧍 Week 14: Hair & Movement Fine hair (lanugo) covers the baby’s body. Neck is more defined; arms grow longer. Some may start to feel round ligament pain as the uterus expands. 👃 Week 15: Senses Begin Baby starts sensing light. Bones continue to harden.
