3D Printed Driver and PETG Stength Test I have seen other YouTube videos where people try to make 3D printed drivers and fail. I figured the common problem was the use of low infill and ABS or PLA which, in my opinion, are not as capable overall as PETG. I designed the driver head in Fusion 360 allowing for the shaft to extend into the head further than a standard driver. The combination of my own design, PETG, and 100% infill produced a ridiculously strong driver. It took about 17 hours to print at 230 degrees with the bed at 60 degrees. The hundred percent infill allowed me to shape the club head more after the print. I also show a glimpse of a future video project, my patent pending automatic golf teeing machine.
