Resepi biskut kali ni ialah sejenis drop cookies yang saya olah dengan menggunakan koko krunch dan kepingan badam. Tekstur biskut ni rangup dan tidak terlalu manis. Kalau nak tambah kekacang lain seperti walnut atau cip coklat pun boleh. Sangat sesuai dibuat kudapan, tak perlu tunggu raya baru buat. Resepi ni menghasilkan anggaran 70 keping biskut. BAHAN-BAHAN: 2/3 cawan mentega bergaram | 150 gram - suhu bilik 1/2 cawan gula pasir halus/gula kastor | 100 gram - dikisar halus 1 biji kuning telur dari telur gred A/B 1 sudu teh esen vanila 2 sudu besar serbuk badam | 12 gram 1 1/4 cawan tepung gandum | 160 gram 2/3 cawan tepung jagung | 80 gram 2/3 cawan kepingan badam | 65 gram - panggang hingga masak dan sejukkan 3/4 cawan koko krunch | 20 gram - ramas kasar =============================================================================== [ENGLISH] In this video I'll share on how to make different version of drop cookies with coco crunch and almond flakes as the main ingredients. These cookies are crunchy with moderate sweetness, suitable for all occasions. To make your cookies more fancy, you can add chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
