Germany's Top General Carsten Breuer Sees Need to Boost Manpower Amid Russia Threat

Germany’s top military officer says the nation needs to boost its defense personnel in light of the security threat from Russia and possibly wavering support from the United States. "We still have a lack of at least 100,000. So we have to fill this gap," Bundeswehr Chief of Defense Carsten Breuer tells Bloomberg's Oliver Crook in Munich.
