We spoke with many of the neighbors who informed us that the bank foreclosed on the property even though the homeowner was not behind on his payments. The owner was forced or scared into leaving his property to live with his mother in her home in another county. One of the neighbors was very upset by this claiming that he pulled a gun on the bank repo person that came to change the locks on the doors. This video shows the before, during and after transformation of the overgrown property that the neighbors also said was an issue periodically over the years stating that they helped the homeowner get the property back under control from time to time.
