Welcome to FeelYourBody Yoga with Katy! I have put together some quick yoga ideas to incorporate into your workday to help reset posture, stretch your hands, and give you some ideas to add some movement and mindfulness into a sedentary workday! You know your body better than anyone so please modify the postures as needed to keep yourself safe and pain free. I completed my RYT 200 yoga instructor training in November 2025 through the YogaBetter studio located in Houston, TX. The style focuses on strength through full range of motion, joint integrity, and exploring body sensations. This style might seem a little different than what you may expect from a yoga class and I invite you to get curious about your body while being kind to yourself in the process.
