Ingredients (Serves 1–2) ・Water: 500ml ・Chicken stock powder (or granules): 2 tsp ・Salt: 1/3 tsp ・Soy sauce: 2 tsp ・White dashi: 2 tsp ・Sesame oil: 1 tsp ・Somen noodles: as needed Toppings ・Salad chicken ・Red onion ・Lemon Mix all the seasonings (except sesame oil) and freeze to make chicken broth ice cubes.
