I'm very close to give this charging solution a 5/5 frog review, which has never happened before! At the beginning, I was a bit sceptic that such a small electronic would be capable to provide us with THE best charging solution out there. And it took me while to fully understand the functionality and potential of the JK-BMS and JBD-BMS Interface Board. This board connects to your BMS via RS485 and to your inverter via CAN port. It has its own charging logic and can be customised to your specific battery and system design. Super easy, super reliable. Via a web-interface, all charging parameters can be changed. Some of the settings are: Absorption voltage Absorption time Float mode Float Voltage Float time Re-Bulk Voltage Manual Bulk aka Top Balance Mode All in total, it reads over 100 settings and values form the JK-BMS. Once connected to your network via Wifi, it will automatically integrate into Home Assistant. Changing all charging parameters and monitoring your battery down to cell level via your mobile phone are only a few features of this mind-blowing integration. The best: there is no scripting or coding necessary, it just works automatically. The board has been developed by Uksa007, who does all this incredible work in his free time.
