This soft and fluffy condensed milk bread is one of the best I ever made. Follow the ingredients and the procedure you will never go wrong. #milkbread #bread #condensedmilkbread Ingredients: 1 cup milk(236 ml) Luke warm 1/2 OR 3/4 cups of condensed milk ( I used 1/2 cup) 2 tbsp. sugar (28 g) 2 and 1/4 tbsp. Instant Yeast 2 eggs 3 and 1/4 cup Bread Flour 1 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. softened butter(do not use melted) 3 tbsp. vegetable oil or any kind Glaze: 3 tbsp. melted butter Procedure: 1. Start with warm milk then add condensed milk, sugar instant yeast, eggs, bread flour, and salt. Mix well and start kneading. 2. Form a round dough, grease the bowl with vegetable oil as well as the dough, then cover with dry cloth and store in a dark and warm place normally inside turned off oven. Let it stay there for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes. 3. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, take it out then KNEAD again(part two). Split in half and place them in two separate pan, cover with cloth and place it back in dark and warm place for the next 1 hour and 30 minutes. The longer the better, this will allow the dough to completely rise. 4. Oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit(177 degrees Celsius). You may glaze with melted butter before serving them.
