I thought I would take a moment and talk you through the process of how to use this activity on your own or with your team. "What to do when you need to recharge?" I’m curious, what works for you? I’d love some more ideas for my self-care transformation tool kit. Here is a visual I made from the responses so far as well as the step-by-step of how you can use this activity too. 1.
