In this video, we played this beautiful tune called "Cadê o marreca" by Arismar. Eduardo Mercuri is a Brazilian guitarist based in New York and has performed in some of the most prestigious concert venues in the east coast and worked with world-class artists such as Paquito D’Rivera, Luis Enrique, Dave Douglas, Dudu Nobre, among others. Nêgah Santos is also a Brazilian musician based in New York. Graduated from Berklee College of Music, as part of the Global Jazz Institute outreach program; Nêgah has performed with many artists such Joe Lovano, Esperanza Spalding, Danilo Perez, Diane Reeves, Al Jarreau. She has become the first female percussist for the Riverdance show, as part of the 21 anniversary Euro Tour in 2016. Michael Loren LaValle is a bassist and producer based in New York. He has worked with a wide range of artists including Emily King, Mac Miller, Jim Jones, Christina Courtin, and Waldonys. He has composed over 40 pieces of music for This American Life and enjoys being a teaching artist at Carnegie Hall working with underserved communities in New York City.
