Diamond Supporter Beast Fsho has invited me to showcase his new unique body armor releasing in Path of Exile's 2.3.0 Prophecy league - THE BEAST FUR SHAWL. And it is... well... a BEAST! From Beast Fsho: "The original idea of the chest piece was to make CI RF viable. Unfortunately it would require multiple items and we couldn't make it viable. RF will still be viable but instead of CI it will have to be a hybrid build. That was very disappointing since I really wanted to make that happen. The current chest piece is based on the 'Increased Energy Shield Recovery Rate' affect regen and natural ES recovery. So for example, if you have 1% ES Regeneration then the chest will give you 1.4% regen from the 40% Increased ES Recovery Rate. Since the recovery is pretty high there had to be a down side to the chest. The 5% increased damage taken shouldn't really be noticeable once you get enough ES regen. Picking up life regen nodes and Zealot's Oath will make it pretty strong. Art: The art is based on an traditional image of a three headed elephant from Laos (which is where i'm from).
