In a post-apocalypse world, every day was a struggle for survival. He knew he had a long day ahead of him searching for anything useful or interesting in this devastated world. Stoshka put on his backpack, checked his supplies of water and food, and went outside. The city was empty, only rare zombies wandered the streets, emitting dull groans. He moved carefully, trying not to attract attention. First of all, Stoshka went to the old bridge that connected the two parts of the city. The bridge was destroyed, but he hoped to find something useful among the rubble. Walking past abandoned cars, he found several bottles of water and some canned food. This was a small but important replenishment of his supplies. Then he headed to the nearest house. The door was ajar, and Stoshka went inside. There was silence inside, only the occasional creaking of old floorboards could be heard. He searched the rooms, but found only old newspapers and broken toys. Nothing useful. Stoshka continued his way along the roads, looking into every house and store. In one of the houses he found an old television, which, to his surprise, still worked. He turned it on and saw old news footage of the beginning of the zombie apocalypse. It reminded him of how it all started and how he lost all his loved ones. In the evening, when the sun began to set, Stoshka decided to return to his hiding place. He did not find a single living person, but did not lose hope. Every day he continued to search, hoping that one day he would find someone who also survived in this world. Stoshka knew that surviving in the world of the zombie apocalypse required not only strength and endurance, but also hope. And he was determined to keep fighting no matter what.
